Action taken for fixing: 1. Drops out the mobile phone reception - Checked the mobile phone reception through the WAVE app - Changed the boosting frequency from the 3G to 4G - Updated the software * After that action, the problem solved. 2. Pixelation on TVs with the free to air - Check the TV reception at the antenna ; Poor quality signal - Change the antenna to a 7 elements VHF - Remove the masthead amplifier* After those action, the problem solved but after few hours the pixelation backed on. And find another problem. One of TV lost most free to air channels - Checked the cable and connections from the TV to a splitter ; Found a problem that one of a connector wrapped a tiny outter wire to the core cooper - Add a masthead amplifier* After those action, the problem solved.

Checkpoints:
1st TV outlet : very weak signal

Splitter at inside roof: very weak signal
Connector from an amplifier (inside roof): very weak signal
Antenna: excellent signal
Connector from the antenna: wrapped a thin wire from the outer shield to the core copper
Reason: When installed for the first time, the outside shield wire wasn't clearly cut. A short circuit occurred.
Action for fixing: remove the wrapped wire
